Form details remain in temporary page memory and are cleared when the page reloads or you leave. This application does not write patient details, prescription files, or health notes to browser storage or a database. Selected files are checked on your device and are not uploaded.
External services
When you open WhatsApp, email, or Google Maps, their own services and privacy practices apply. The embedded Google map loads only after you choose to load it. Fonts and facility images are served by this website. Hosting providers may process connection information such as IP addresses as part of delivering the website.

This notice describes this website demonstration, not the hospital’s complete patient-record handling practices.
